Since we established in 1992, we’ve focused on spreading rose culture and education by teaching safe rose gardening practices along with how to grow, arrange, and exhibit roses.

Our Mission

As a non-profit organization, the Puyallup Rose Society exists solely to generate interest in, and encourage, the growing of roses. At 27 years of age, the of the Puyallup Rose Society goal is to raise the communities interest and awareness of the local rose society. We also hope to further the desire to foster a better understanding of the cultivation of roses. The best way to increase ones interest about roses, is to attend one of our month meeting held on the first Tuesday, of each month January through June and August through November (no meetings in July and December).

Meetings take place a the Puyallup Senior Adult Center located at 210 Pioneer Ave. Puyallup, WA, beginning at 7pm, ending promptly at 9pm. Each meeting is packed full of guest speakers, a question and answer period with Master and Consulting Rosarians, door prizes, and the best refreshments out there. Meetings are open everyone with interest in rose growing with or without a rose garden.

The rose is without an explanation; she blooms, because she blooms.
